 legal maneuvering going on in Enron's bankruptcy case.   The deepwater Gul=
f may be seeing an end to a 15-year U.S. oil output decline - On Thursday f=
rom Houston, we'll talk with Hart's E?Division Manager Jeanne Perdue about =
fields in the deeper waters of the Gulf of Mexico, which are expected to le=
ad to a slow upturn in U.S. oil production.  Join us during the 2:00 p.m. E=
